1. Services
 

InnTech Consulting provides consulting services including, but not limited to:

• API integration

• Business process automation

• Software implementation and optimisation

All services are subject to individual agreements or statements of work between InnTech Consulting and the client.

 

2. Use of Website
 

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful or harmful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems

• Copy, distribute, or modify content without permission

We may update or restrict access to the website at any time without notice.

3. Client Responsibilities
 

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information required for project delivery

• Respond promptly to communication and feedback requests

• Adhere to payment terms as agreed in the project proposal or invoice

InnTech Consulting is not liable for delays caused by missing or incorrect information.

4. Intellectual Property
 

All materials created by InnTech Consulting — including strategies, documentation, code, and configurations — remain the intellectual property of InnTech Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any proprietary content without express written consent.

5. Payments & Invoicing
 

Payment terms, timelines, and rates will be outlined in project agreements or invoices. Late payments may incur fees or service suspensions until payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability
 

InnTech Consulting is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of our services

• Delays caused by third-party platforms, tools, or service interruptions

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information exchanged during the course of business unless required by law.

8. Third-Party Services
 

We may recommend or integrate third-party tools. You are subject to their terms of service and privacy policies. InnTech Consulting is not responsible for issues arising from third-party software.

9. Termination
 

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.  The client remains responsible for any unpaid work or costs incurred up to termination.

10. Governing Law
 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
